Well, I do remember the ones that were the biggest hits!! The goat cheese and sundried tomato balls (made by my friend Carol), the costini with the peppers and onion topping, and the polenta squares with smoked sausage and red pepper relish which are all from an episode of Brian Boitano (Food Network - who knew he could cook?) as well as the dessert which was a espresso panna cotta. Also, Marlene's tortilla crisps and my friend Maria's spinach dip (in the dark bowl) We had entirely too much food.
