How Do I Load An Avatar?

I have gone to personal profile and my settings . Can't find anything to load an avatar. Thanks for any help.

I fyou go to your profile,there should be an edit profile button, top right. Once you click on that, there should be a change avatar button on the left hand side. You may have to scroll down from there. Once you click on that, you can upload a photo for your avatar. Let me know if that helps.

Hi Marlene!
Nice to see everybody again.

I've resized an avatar pic to 90x68, about 12Kb, but I can't get it to load.

This appears...

The upload failed - there was a problem moving the avatar to the uploads directory. Please verify permissions are set correctly on the uploads folder.


...but I don't know quite where the upload folder is. Is it right under my nose? Am I to verify the photo is mine?

um I'm not sure. Did you upload the pic to the gallery first? If so, make sure it is marked public and I will see what I can do to get it to load. What file type is it? there are only certain file types it allows like jpeg etc.
